Not at all. Only the AI transcription feature takes a temporary break. Your Vocci ring will continue to record audio normally, files will save to local storage, and private cloud sync will keep working as long as you are within your storage limits.

Plan changes must be processed through your original purchase channel (App Store, Google Play, or Web):

Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The system converts the remaining cash value of your old plan into extra days, pushing back your next renewal date—no cash refunds, just fair credit.

Downgrades: On the App Store or Google Play, your downgrade takes effect at the Next-Cycle. On our Web Portal, the switch happens instantly, and we'll issue a prorated refund for your remaining unused balance.

You can cancel anytime. "Canceling" simply turns off auto-renewal, meaning your premium features stay active until the current billing period ends.
